Meet Ruth A. Wiertzema
Ruth A. Wiertzema has served 30+ years as a missionary of the UMC at the Red Bird Missionary Conference in Beverly, KY. A Diaconal Minister, she is currently the Director of Connectional Ministers for the Conference. She was a writer for the One Room Sunday School, and is highly respected for her Biblical teaching and storytelling abilities. Ruth has combined the two areas to create a new Bible study, perfect for small groups in 3 – 4 week studies, that allows participants to learn to think for themselves, research and apply their discovered treasures in the scriptures.
